Christmas Eve 2011:

    ~ Christmas Eve ~
Hopefully you were able to balance all the things
you had to get finished today.
The big sales are happening, the traffic
is heavy and the aisles in the stores are packed with
the late-comers this year. Hope you are not one of them.
The Church's Christmas season begins tonight
and goes until January 9, 2012. Be sure and
leave up some small decorations to remind you
of the 12 Days of Christmas.

Attend the church of your choice.
God bless you and may you find peace and joy!
Merry Christmas

Balance: Bio. Psycho, Social and Spiritual

                                                   Who will I be today?

The "Cosmopolitan" woman, the little girl, the scholar, the mother?
Who will I be to answer the needs of others and yet answer the needs of me?
                                                                                           - Deidra Sarault

Mama, don't starve your own needs.
Make good choices.
It's not an all or nothing deal here.
Make good choices.
Nurture yourself, Mama.
Make good choices.
Remember you put the oxygen mask on first!

And if there are birthdays in Heaven, Happy Birthday, Dad!

Balance: Bio. Psycho, Social and Spiritual

                                                                                         copyright Emalou King

How do you do it all? It's hard work being a parent.
If you feel out of balance, my suggestions is
to determine which piece of the pie is missing.
It's usually the last one...the Spiritual piece but...
It's simple to get it back. Say "Thank You, God"
                                       Over and over and over.
