Gratitude: Life is Good

                                                                  Capitola, California

        Today was my kind of "paradise" day...

         I started the morning with a special church group (read and prayed)

         And the weather, a perfect 75-80 degrees and all sunshine.                     

         Had a deep tissue 90 minute massage and felt nearly comatose -:0)

         Picked sweet small Meyer lemons from a huge tree.

         Spent one hour in meditation in front of the Blessed Sacrament.

         Took a friend with me to a tasty Fish Fry with fabulous calamari

         Sat in the front row of a great concert of all male singers at St. Joes.

         Visited a woman who downloaded my book on her kindle last night.

         Talked to both of my children and finished off with a grande latte.

"We thank thee God for food we eat,
for family and friends we meet,

for books we read and songs we sing, 
we thank thee God for everything."
