This amazing sunflower stands in the yard of my
Medical Massage Therapist.
It's tall, simple and beautiful.
I call it a happy flower and the seeds are delicious.

What's the message?

Stand up tall, tuck in you belly button.
Keep life simple and uncomplicated.
Smile so no matter what, you are beautiful.
There are lessons for life everywhere if we look for them.
