Avoid Stress and All That Stuff::


The things that happen to us
do not cause stress.
Rather, it is our reaction to
what happens that causes the stress.

We are in control of the stress 
in our own lives.
What are you doing about it?
How do you handle it?
Do you have much?
Is stress your friend or foe?
