World Mental Health Day 2011: Suggestions


Be kind to your family first, then to your neighbors and others in the neighborhood. It can be simple like a smile, nod of the head, open the door.
Be kind to the person who takes your order and the Barista who serves you your coffee.
Be kind to the parking attendant or the car in front of you that's driving too slow.
Be kind to your boss and your colleagues and your customers and your case load.
Be kind to the person on the other end of the line on the telephone.
Be kind to yourself!  That just might be the hardest one to accomplish today.

And that is the big question today...HOW are you  going to be kind to yourself?
And maybe... pray for everybody in the whole wide word!
