I was looking at a list today of 121 ways to love yourself.
They were suggestions of what else to do between meals...
Ever eat out of boredom?
Ever eat because it smelled good
Or looked good and you weren't even hungry?
How about eating because other people are doing it
and/or it sounds like a good idea?
There are many reasons we gain weight.
Are you healthy?
There are different kinds of health...
Mental, emotional, spiritual, psycho, social...
I don't draw but I think it would be fun to learn or color again.
It is always fun to color with children
And it provides another great opportunity to visit.
So, this picture reminded me of loving myself.
